Government of Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board conducts Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) in two papers viz., Paper I & Paper II. Candidates who want to teach I to V class have to write Paper I and to teach VI to VIII classess must write Paper-II and to teach the classes from I to VIII must appear for both the papers. Minimum educational qualification is d Higher Secondary Course (10+2Pattern) and Diploma in Teacher Education / Diploma in Elementary Education, Bachelor’s Degree, D.E.Ed / B.Ed or equivalent.
